Description

This cordless kit includes one 3/8-inch impact wrench, two 12V MAX 2Ah batteries, charger, and tool bag. This cordless impact wrench is designed for hard to reach applications requiring tighting or loosening of nuts and bolts. At only 5.1-inch long it is packed to perform with 1,500 in-lbs of fastening torque and 2,400 in-lbs of breakaway torque. It also features 3 LED lights positioned on the nosecone to illuminate work areas. This DEWALT impact wrench is equipped with a 3-mode switch with Precision Wrench to help prevent overtightening and run off.

I have lots of DEWALT battery operated power tools. This is just one of them. I like that they come with carrying cases and easy to understand instructions. I would recommend DEWALT and MILWAUKEE battery operated powered tools to anyone. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

WOW, When I bought this tool I didn't realize it was only a 12 volt instead of the 20 volt I'm use to. But this thing is GREAT. This tool is meant for lighter duty jobs (bicycles, exhaust pipes, house hold jobs) For these lighter jobs where you don't want to break bolts...     • Limited tool interchangeability, get the 20V
It is fine for nuts and bolts, haven't tried it on the wheel lugs yet. Compact, comes with two batteries and a charger but I wish I would have paid a little more for the 20V. The amount of tools available for the 12V are very limited. The most common tools I can find for this battery is the impact driver, drill and reciprocating saw. Outside of that Dewalt has gone exclusively to the 20V. ... show more

Absolutely surprised by how strong this is. It's equal to my Ryobi 1/2 impact as far as taking lug nuts off and is a whole lot smaller and lighter. The day I got it, used it to change a crank seal and it had no issue removing the lug nuts, crank bolt and even used it to run the 3 jaw puller to take the crank pulley off. Then used it to reassemble everything including the lug nuts and used 2 battery bars. Not bad to complete an entire job start to finish on one battery especially since it comes with 2 batteries. ... show more

Very good product! I have this and the screw gun which is the same size. These two tool are used a lot for around the house and working on my car and real time savers vs wrenching or turning a screwdriver. The battery size fits both of my tools. I’ve had the screw gun for years and added this tool to compliment it. You’ll only get a year or two out of each battery with regular use. Don’t leave the battery on the charger (that will kill it).
