These gloves by DeWalt have quickly become my go-to for cold weather work in the yard. They are very durable and they keep my hands very warm. The gloves fit my hands very well; it's easy to work outside while wearing them, and I can take care of all my garden tasks without my fingers freezing. Unlike most garden gloves, these are durable and last a very long time. I bought my first pair just over a year ago, and only now did I have to (reluctantly) have to dispose of them because one of the fingers wore through. If I would have been able to find someone to patch it up, I would have kept them...but that sort of thing just doesn't exist any longer. Another good feature about these gloves is that they are considerably cheaper than those 'fancy' gloves you get at the hardware store. And, they last. I use these gloves every day and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

My daughter works at a grocery store and is often in and out of the freezer to get or put items away. We’ve tried numerous waterproof thermal gloves over the years but these are her absolute favorites. They are warm, truly waterproof and cold proof without being bulky. They have held up to a multitude of abuses without splitting or ripping. Regarding smell, if I hold them up to my nose, there’s a bit of a rubbery smell. However with them just sitting beside me, I smell nothing unpleasant. She fits well into a medium. She does have long fingers though. If you have small hands, you’ll want a small. The only reason I had to buy her another pair is that one glove fell down into the box crusher and there was no way to get it back.

See updated review at bottom - increasing Star count. These are a gift and way too big for me. So I'll tell you what I can and update later. The Dewalt DPG737 gloves have a rubber like coating on it. Obviously it makes the glove a bit thicker to protect against the winter elements. The rubber coating is on the entire palm, from wrist to finger tips. On the other side the rubber coating is from above your knuckles to finger tips. To be clear the entire finger and between fingers are coated in rubber. In addition the rubber is flexible allowing fingers to stretch - like spread fingers out to catch something. I really like what the manufacturer refers to as fleece lining. Feels like chenille, thick and soft. The inside of the wrist also has this fleece on it. The rubber has texture like a stripe going down the fingers to improve grip. The cuff is about 2-3 inches on ur wrist. Now the part I don't like. Between the index finger and middle finger the rubber is partly stuck together. A little less than 1/3 up the finger to were the split should be. Due to the stretch in the rubber this may not be a problem but it's a gift so at this time don't know if it'll be a problem. I'll have to update on this later. So for now giving it 3 stars, otherwise I'd have given it 4 stars. UPDATE: Upping star count to 4 Stars. These gloves are used on a job site - working a tug boat with heavy wet lines/ropes in all weather/seasons up north. He said they keep his hands dry and warm and likes them the best out of the few brands I bought. He said these gloves are a win for him. He just started using them so don't know how well they'll hold up to abuse.

I'm a night stocker that for whatever reason, has been given the frozen section for zoning every night for the last few months. My hands never got cold. Didn't sweat. The usually slippery stuff in the back was easy to grip. I finished a half hour earlier than usual! I decided to wear them around GM stocking for the rest of the night to see how they perform in breaking down boxes and such. My hands actually started hurting, but not from the gloves. It was because I was breaking down boxes and stocking merchandise so fast that my hands were getting tired from the pace I was able to do. My hands felt so comfy, I didn't even notice how ahead I was. One of my managers, who absolutely hates me, actually complimented me. This particular one has never done that before! I bought the medium because I didn't want floppy finger tips, so the tension was a little more than I was used to, as well as the thickness made a few boxes require the ol box cutter to pry open. Aside from that, I want to buy a second pair to leave in the car just in case I lose or forget them. These are by far the perfect gloves for frozen goods work, stocking, slippery stuffs, heck I'd go to war with them! I literally watched the ice falling off the product onto the gloves and never felt an ounce of moisture. Took longer to get than expected. Worth the wait. Cheers!
