I bought these tips for use with out panasonic screwdrivers: [...] We build electronics on the assembly line and use these all day non stop. The good: Length allows you to get into tight fits. Fits the panasonic drill. Does its job The bad: Our previous bits had a rounded body where these are squared off. This can sometimes cause an issue if you need to fit into a tight circular screw well. For most applications this is not a problem, but on small electronics it can be. From past experience we have also found these will need to be changed every few months due to the tip wearing or the shaft bending. We've had these a month now and they still look good. ... show more

Ever try to put something up on the wall and discover the driver bit is about 1/2 of an inch too short? This bit is the answer to that problem. For years I had to rely on wrist power to put screws in when the driver bit was too short. Now that I'm older and no longer possess the power of the gods, this extended driver bit is the answer. Edit 8/17 - The tip twisted off while driving a screw. I've worn bits out before but never twisted one off. I really like the extended length of this tip as it's very handy to get into places otherwise difficult to reach. I use this exclusively with an 18V cordless drill. So, why not a better rating? Well, I use mostly drywall and deck screws and for whatever reason this tip is far more prone to slipping than any other tip I have. It appears to be slightly smaller not fitting the screws as well. Don't get me wrong, it still works just fine but is as mentioned, more prone to slipping that one might expect especially when using longer screws or screwing into hard wood where the screw requires more torque to drive. ... show more
