I mean we’re talking metal where it should be , plastic where it’s acceptable. This piece of machinery is no joke. I have no doubts she’s going to get the job done. I’ve had my dewalt threader for 3 years now. Both batteries still charge up just fine. Charger still works great. I’ve threaded everything from 1/2” to 2” with this with no issues. Teeth can be replaced with rigid teeth and rigid heads also fit it as well. For people who complain how hard it is to hold while threading, quit complaining, be a man. Great tool, great price, and don’t forget to use cutting oil while threading if you don’t know. It will save your teeth. ... show more

Tool works great. The pipe clamp is awkward to handle and equally awkward to store. I bought the super ultra large Milwaukee packout box for $200. The whole kit fits perfect. Dewalt bag worked better after i lined the bottom with several layers of cardboard.
