    • One strut didn't fit....got RMA..shipped it back....no response..
We ordered a complete strut and shock set and everything fit except the drivers side front strut. At that point we knew we weren't going to remove the three other sets to send it all back, so we submitted a request for a partial refund for the one wrong part and ordered just the front drivers side strut from the same vendor at an additional cost. The second strut arrived and it fit perfectly. After a brief phone conversation with the vendor we were instructed to return the one incorrect part, shipping at our expense ($74) and we would be refunded for both the wrong part AND our shipping expenses. The item was returned as instructed. It arrived last Monday (a week ago) and we have not received a refund or any correspondence from the vendor. ... show more
