These installed easily and if you have an impact wrench and floor jack you can do this job quickly. I did it with a jack stand and the jack that came with the car. This made for some struggles but was accomplished in about 1.5 hours on each side. This was on a 2012 Edge Limited. 3.5 l front wheel drive. It would be much easier if you could remove the windshield wipers and the plastic that goes along that edge. I tried using a small puller but was afraid to break something. Some penetrating spray and patience might have been the solution to that. The plastic can be removed relatively easy if those come off. I propped the plastic up enough to get my hands under and was able to remove the nuts on the top of the shocks.. Be sure to mark one of the studs and get the orientation matched on the new one. lay them side by side and then turn the top plate until it is orientated properly. The studs were laid on a rectangle layout versus a perfect square. Be sure to tighten the zerk fittings and grease them before installing. They are a pain to grease if you don't. A second person was very helpful on the second one. All they did was put one nut on top but that was very helpful. These shocks ride harder than the old ones but they had a lot of miles on them. Nice kit with all the parts and hardware for 97 Camry 3.0. One of the studs on the left strut had been pressed in crooked and wouldn't go into the hole. I had to straighten it out to install it. Car rides much better now. Not sure of longevity, just got them.

I am not sure why this company has 4/4 stars. The product I have received is defective. This is the third week, and there are popping and rattling noises. It is getting progressively worse every day. We are reaching out to get a refund, but that doesn't look hopeful. AVOID at all costs. In reaching out for a refund, we were told to do three separate things within a week. The last being "go to a mechanic". I would have thought that would be brought up at first contact with the seller. This car is a daily driver for work. I cannot go back and forth for a week to get this settled. I did everything that was asked, and it ended with "go to a mechanic". They are not interested in being an honorable company and doing the right thing. I do a lot of maintenance on our cars, rebuild cars, and I am good at it. I am a machinist. My point is that when I say your product is defective, it is. I have replaced numerous struts. The expectations should be laid out on the returns at the beginning of the contact. If you read the bad reviews on this site, which I failed to do, there are similar problems. I would go with your gut because if you get the defective part. They will not help. Your car will sit. They will tell you to do all the things, send pictures, describe what is going on (as their response is also only once a day), then several days later, go to a mechanic. Integrity is nonexistent with this company. Backing their product non existing. Lost our business. I have never had such horrible customer service.
