The quality is amazing I'll be replacing soon due to road conditions wearing them out. They fit extremely tight. For installation I would get a little bit of liquid nitrogen or dry ice to freeze the ball joints and small torch to heat up the lower control arm. Install will go easy with said tools. After 2 yrs and 22k miles on my Navigator, both ball joints failed actually the driver side is leaking too. I have been purchasing from this company for a while but very disappointed with these ball joint and I have to pay again another mechanic.

I've been trying to send these back for like 3 weeks and I can't get my wife to go to UPS I wouldn't buy him again unless your wife is willing to return them because you will because they're junk
