Great replacement struts that I installed on my daughter's 2009 Cadillac CTS4. The struts fit exactly as the OEM struts. Must be mechanically inclined to work on removing old struts from the car, then reinstalling new struts. May require front end wheel alignment after replacing struts. Good quality and value for the purchase price. Delivery was fast.

I had ordered other struts from Detroit Axle in the past with no issues. This order arrived before the due date. I installed on vehicle, within 50 miles a clunking noise started on every little bump. After getting the vehicle home the next day I checked to see what was going on. I found that the neoprene bushing that is on the top between the spring and top of strut had dislodged and dropped down causing metal to metal contact. Due to needing my vehicle I had to purchase struts locally and install. I started the return process and received a return label, I returned the struts. I received a message stating my refund was the amount of sales tax with the remainder the entire purchase price applied as a restocking fee. That was the most craziest thing I ever heard of. I e-mailed the vendor stating my thoughts on this. I waited several days with no response I then contacted Amazon customer service. I received a message from vendor that I returned the struts in a used condition and per their policy they would not refund the purchase price. So now I'm out $200+ and don't even have the struts. I responded to vendor that they had sold me defective struts and therefor I should have gotten a refund. I was aware that I returned them used how else was I to know they were defective. Again this is by fore the craziest thing I believe I have ever seen, that there was nothing right about this policy, waited a few days with no response I then contacted Amazon customer service as of this post they had told me they would credit me the purchase price. Just beware if you order from Detroit Axle and have a issue with a defective product you might encounter the same problems I did.

Instal was straight forward. You will need an alignment as the position of the tie rods is slightly different resulting negative toe. Otherwise ride quality seems on par with oem parts.
