The media could not be loaded. I bought this to do my own house and cars originally but now I'm starting to help parents with young kids (can't keep up with the mess). They're very happy with the results and so am I. Been using the ez single jet wand and the upholstery for these jobs and I love it. My best experience has been working on a microfiber couch *not the couch in the video. The suction really pulls on the fabric and was dried within a half hour. The heat really cleaned out the junk hidden in the fibers and helped with allergies. The video I posted shows a lot. It's a dark pillow but you can see the difference in color immediately. You can see the heat and suction. The thing you may not see very clearly is that the window was pulling out solution and other chemicals from previous cleans. I didn't use anything on this pillow, just water. This pillow has never been this clean . Shout out to detail king! I do have an issue with the trigger on the upholstery but their customer service is super fast at getting back to be and willing to send repair parts. ... show more

Very unhappy would not recommend due to the hose tearing in 4 places in a single use. It was initially torn in the photo above. I taped it for use. As I used it, it began tearing in more and more places. This machine is expensive and claims to be heavy duty. The vacuum is great. The heat element is great. But it is unusable when the hose continually tears. Very disappointed. ... show more

This is a great extractor for auto detailing it cuts down your interior cleaning in half it’s a must, but the hose that comes with it is garbage mine is completely duct taped because it breaks everywhete

Hi I own a small detailing business and purchasing this has made it 10 times much easier for extracting but theirs an issue with this product machine sometime doesn’t heat up I have to shut it off and restart it over sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t and I have only done about 3 cars with this machine what needs to be done to fix this small problem ... show more

    • Works pretty good but not worth $1300.00
The Mytee lite 8070 works good but not great. I would think an extractor that cost $1300 would have more power. I think it is worth about half the price they are selling them for. The extractor hose comes apart all the time and you have to put it back together besides that the unit works fine.

Love this unit! Its so easy to move from hotel room to hotel room when cleaning their upholstery. Only need one hand to move and control the unit. No more bending over to move it around like my last unit. Rolls very smoothly. Water gets nice and hot. Great suction. Basket is a wonderful addition to carry brushes, door stops and spotters. Easy to fill (faucet hose - nice touch) and dump. Had a small fitting leak within the first 4 uses but they immediately sent me a new part without question. Great customer service.
