Scar Concealer Makeup Kit was developed in Hollywood for actors to look flawless on HD cameras. Scar Makeup is applied as a gel that finishes to thin soft layer that will cover up scars all day long. The Scar Cover Kit includes a tube of tinted silicone, choose from 12 tones. You also get a texture pad for creating a smooth matte scar covering for 30 applications, each application lasts all day. Color selection is easy since the translucent tones blend in perfectly. We offer an easy tone exchange if it does not match. To increase wear time, add the Extended Wear Primer, sold separately. For extra color correction for purple acne scars or redness, try the Dermaflage Full Coverage Concealer Palette. How Dermaflage is Different. This Scar Cover Up hides shadows of uneven skin to create a smooth surface over scars. Really wanted and needed this product to work. And it may still for some. But if your trying to cover a scar near a body part that has a lot of movement dont waste your money. My scar is by my mouth and the stuff only stays on for about 30 min tops before the edges start peeling back and it looks like you just literally have a nasty piece of skin flaking off. Though for the first 30 min it doesnt look terrible.. 2nd thing that is upsetting is that it is shiny so it like at looks like you have a wet spot on your face. (You're also not supposed to put concealer over it.) 3rd thing that sucks is that each application tip is a 1x use only because it dries so quickly. So if you mess up and have to reapply you cannot just reuse the same applicator tip. They only give you like 7 applicator tips as well. To buy a months supply (30) it's an additional $18. Not only that but it wastes so much of the product that just gets stuck in there that you cant use. 4th thing which is relatively low but just set up the expectations was when I got the package it was completely busted open and the box was crushed because they used padded envelope instead of a box. The bad reviews are weird to me. For me, this product is a godsend. Seriously. I just had surgery within the last few weeks that's left some deep and wide dents on my face. My FACE. I spent forever researching for products that actually fill in the dents and found this to be the closest description to what I need. Despite the bad reviews, I took a risk and received the item last week. I picked a color that was too dark for me, so I exchanged it for a lighter color. It arrived today and I've just tried it out on the big dents. I followed the instructions to a T. I squirted some of the product to a makeup palette, blended, and applied to my face (think of it like filling a wall hole with drywall paste?), um yeah. Anyhow, you can't even tell my holes are there. The texture is right on point. The color is perfect. FYI: The medium color is perfect for me. I am olive skin with a lean towards warm tone. I also don't like the feel of anything on my face, including glasses, sticky lipstick, heavy sunscreen, etc. I'm not feeling this product even though it's there. Thank you! ... show more

For 8 weeks I've been walking around with this terrible scar on my forehead. I've used Mederma, Scarguard, Liguid Band-Aid, silicone sheets, massage, roller, botox, and even nail polish to fill in this hideous depressed scar. I took the plunge and ordered this product and received it today. I had to patiently try it twice to get a good result. I finally ended up with something I felt good about going out in public with. My regret is dabbing a little concealer on it but it's definitely a much improved area. So costly and you do have to work fast. I used an applicator tip the first try. The tip is now filled and dried with unusable product. The second try, straight from the syringe. Mixed quickly and used the tool to spread a thin layer over the scar area and then quickly applied the pad and didn't move for exactly 2 minutes. BAM! The scar is almost untraceable. Today is the first day I've felt like myself in months! Be sure to use the pad during the product set in period. It's textured like skin and move quickly. Good luck to you. Darn scars! ... show more

I am extremely happy with this product. I work it fast and put it in the "crater" on my nose which happened from some kind of rash that spread to my nose, turned the scab black and then fell off too soon and left this horrible pit on my nose. This product is so easy to use that I filled in the "crater" on the first try. Also, the color I use for makeup is Light so I ordered the Light and it is fine. If you go very easy you can work some makeup (powder) on and/or around the scar after using the product. Also I can now see my nose the way it was before this scar happened a year ago. Just work fast and you will be very happy with the results. (I am 70). ... show more

I got this to fill in a piercing scar and I have to say this did not do the job well. The color match was okay, but because I don't wear any foundation, it was super obvious that I had tinted silicon on my face. Also, the applicator is garbage. The single use tips work okay, and if there were enough of them to use with the entire tube that'd be great, but there's only 10. After that you have to take off the cap and end up squeezing out waaay too much product, wasting a ton since it all dries and can't be reused. I was hoping I'd get lucky and this would work for me, but it was a total waste of money and a complete waste of time trying to get it to work. It always looked like bad special effects makeup and that wasn't what I was going for. ... show more

worked just like i saw on a model on youtube. It was for my husband after having a skin biopsy on his face. This medical procedure leaves a round hole on its place. But it was like he never happened. Thank Dermaflage for this product...! now i feel like those silly commercial people saying lies. haha... but this one is true, very satisfy with this product. This product was not easy for me to apply. Felt sticky on my face , like a mask. I like to wear base, and you can't with this product. Mixing the product up to apply to my skin and then applying within a certain time was difficult for me. Someone with more skills at applying this type of concealer would have no problem.
