Dermablend knows what they're doing when it comes to camouflage type makeups. I am a former camo makeup artist and long time melasma sufferer. These drops are so pigmented and the formula is so cosmetically smooth that anyone will look great in this foundation from beginner to pro. The finish is not matte but not satin and definitely not dewy. The coverage is truly buildable though you likely won't need to and a little (a drop) goes a loooong way. I mix a well shaken drop (paramount for this formula) with Elf's halo glow and I've also mixed a drop with moisturizer, rosehip seed oil, and with nothing else and it all worked. The coverage shmears (and feels) like a light weight foundation. It blends like a dream with fingers or a brush with no streaks. Note there is not a lot of play time as it sets quickly. Once it does, it doesn't budge. I've not had any transfer onto my clothing. You must shake this before each use. One star off because the dropper sometimes drop and sometimes doesn't and had I not thrown out the boxes, I may have returned as I don't know if that is the 'norm' for this product and wonder if mine is old or more likely, IS the norm but the delivery system isn't the best for this formulation. I am 64 years old with rosacea and all the usual woes that naturally come with aging. I started using Dermablend Flawless Creator foundation in conjunction with Laura Geller Spackle - Skin Perfecting Primer, and suddenly I started receiving all these compliments! One lady asked if I had cosmetic procedures done because my skin looked so wonderful....and that was the moment I became a believer in the power of the right cosmetics. It took several tries to get the right color. Admittedly I am not a fan of the SHADE FINDER because that set me on the wrong path to shades way too light for me. If you know your undertones (Neutral, Cool, Warm) and whether you are light, medium, or dark, then you're pretty much on your way to finding the right shade without all the hooplah. Just ordered two more bottles of this Dermablend foundation and I hope they never change the formula or mess with their colors. A little goes a long way with this stuff. It's very lightweight and covers really well. One downfall is that when you sweat, the makeup runs and you end up with sweat lines on your face. It’s great if you’re trying to look like a pimply orange person, bad if you’re not. I typically use bare minerals but they were out of stock and this is literally the worst foundation I’ve ever used in my life and when I was younger I used some terrible cheap stuff. PASS on this. Ok, I LOVE the coverage and feel of this foundation. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome. But the bottle and dispenser is absolutely horrible. It’s messy, you can’t really get product in the dropper itself, and it gets everywhere. Not to mention I feel like I waste product. Please dermablend get it together…even a bottle that you squeeze to get the foundation out or pump would suffice. It’s really ridiculous for the price of this that there isn’t an easier way to get the product out. I’ve bought little spatulas and other tools to try and scoop it out but it’s a pain. Would recommend if it weren’t for how difficult it is to get the actual foundation out! ... show more

I will not use any other foundation. Very easy to smooth on my face, and it gives a nice dewy complexion. I did go to a cosmetic store to get the best matching shade. I use the dropper as a “dip stick” to get it out of the bottle. If you tip the bottle to get some on your finger, it’s too thick to run back into the bottle. ... show more

This make up is amazing! I have sunspots that are really difficult to cover. I've tried many "full coverage" products and none of them have worked.
