I absolutely love Dermablend products because they are consistently high quality, and I wear this smooth liquid foundation every day. It’ not stick at all, on the other hand it is easy to apply because is ver smooth. One of the best features of this foundation is its titanium dioxide sunscreen with SPF 25, offering great sun protection. I have a couple of dark spots on my cheeks, and this foundation covers them very effectively with medium coverage that looks natural. It lasts all day without fading or needing touch-ups, which is a huge plus for my busy schedule. Although the price is a bit on the higher side, it is definitely worth it because the foundation truly does its job. The only downside for me is that the bottle is small. I wish there was a larger size available. I have light tan skin, and the medium color matches my complexion perfectly.

UPDATED: I changed from 4 to 5 stars because it held up so well in the summer heat. Foundation melts off my face regardless of brand and primer. This stayed for over 12 hours while out in the summer heat and sweating and didn’t settle into my fine lines and pores.. I was amazed when I took off my makeup that night. The cotton round looked like I had just put on a full face of makeup and immediately took it off. The will now be my go to foundation. I have an extremely difficult time finding foundation that matches my undertone and provides any type of coverage. Companies label cool, warm, and neutral but in my experience it’s accurate maybe 50% of the time. This is a good light-medium neutral however it is definitely has a yellow undertone which I corrected with my contour shade. My skin has become drier over the years but I still have my shinny T zone. First time using this I did my usual moisturizing routine and applied with a damp beauty blender. The texture is thick/creamy and provided decent coverage. It wasn’t hydrating, more matte and a little drying but not extreme . It didn’t settle into my fine lines or my pores which is usually a problem for me. It also didn’t oxidize, not even the slightest, didn’t irritate my skin, and lasted the whole night without needing touched up or getting shiny. It’s a medium coverage without being feeling heavy or looking caked on. For comparison wet n wild photofocus soft beige is a true 1000% match for me as well as Bite changemaker L40 and Revlon Candid Glow Tawny 320. My summer tan match is KVD medium 54 cool in my contour areas, which is still too yellow on me, and in the winter I use Tarte Amazonian clay 26N light-medium neutral for my highlight areas.

Hyperpigmentation is hard to cover up and this gives a decent coverage without any extra color correcting. I wouldn’t say it’s billable coverage as it starts to look cakey even with moisturizer underneath. It’s worth the little extra money to give more coverage, but I’ve noticed if it’s not set and I touch my face it transfers to everything I touch and is almost impossible to get off surfaces. With that in mind, I used a makeup remover, moisturizing face wash to ensure everything comes off at night. Not sure what ingredient that makes it hard to get off surfaces or clothing, may not be the best for the skin….

I've developed hyperpigmentation from sun over the last year . The areas cover a large part of my forehead and the sides of my face. I had been using Covergirl Simply ageless but no matter what shade I chose the coverup only seemed to darken the spots when applied, making them appear worse. I've also always had to blend a combination of colors to try to match my skin tone and color. I ordered two colors of the Dermablend, Bisque 30 W and Camel 30N. The Camel was too dark, but the Bisque was perfect. In fact, it's the closet match I've ever found in my life. It covers beautifully and really only takes a small amount compared to what im used to using. The cost is offset by the fact that it works so well and I use so little. I'll never go back to Covergirl, or any other brand for that matter. I feel so confident now, going out. No more embarrassing dark spots. I also appreciate that this has sunscreen built right unti it, so I will be protected from further sun damage.

I really wanted to like this but it didn't work for me. I don't have big pores or too much skin texture but this highlighted any texture and made pores stand out regardless of how much I blended this. I made sure this was applied on moisturized skin and it still ended up looking cakey on me. I prefer and will stick with IT Cosmetics full coverage CC cream. I gave it three stars because it was full coverage and the color match was good but I would not purchase again. This would work for a very young person in their teens or early twenties.

hands down best foundation ever, every single person I come into contact with that learns I use it ends up buying it because it makes me look like a porcelain doll without looking cakey. In particular it cover nicely and is buildable. I use the quick fix concealer and a little bit of the lightest shade of body cover (only on my dark circles) for my highlight areas and it all blends seamlessly together, it's magic.I have good skin by most all peoples standards as I am not oily and do not have acne, however I do have sunken sockets with a pretty severe discoloration in my undereye area that was impossible to cover until I started using dermablend when I was 22. almost 28 now and have never looked back. I am a model and actress and have to do my own makeup 98% of the time and everyone always thinks I am bare faced when I do my natural looks. which is great. I have also turned on a lot of makeup artists to it because I bring it for them to use on me at shoots since my skin is also fairly sensitive. I highly recommend dermablend, they have a really good color selector on their site or ulta carries it in store. I use Sepia camo, Natural Quick Fix and Ivory Body Cover. on occaission I use the Ivory cover creme still but go for the quick fix first because its easier placement wise. (you can see more photos of my makeup on my IG @edynblair NOTE: my photos are before and afters that are unedited completely. other than being put into a collage. I set my makeup with Ben Nye powders. and contour with profusion powder contour kit.

I love this foundation and have been using it for many years. I found it after doing an extensive review of "least toxic" make up products. I am a Bright Spring in the 12 season color system, and this color works well for me. The foundation provides good coverage but does not look cakey. It's creamy and goes on well. You can also put less, and then the effect is a bit more transparent. I believe it gives some sun protection as well. I hope they will always keep making this product.
