Serum is thin and application can be less precise after application because the serum spreads and numbed her teeth around the affected tooth and the side of her tongue. A little inconvenient however the pain was relieved. Quality serum that does what it says it will, numbed my mom's toothache. My wisdom teeth have been growing in causing my gums to bother me tremendously, to the point where the pain will wake me up from a heavy sleep. I’ve taken tylenol + advil, got prescribed for antibiotics and a mouth wash just to hear from the dentist I won’t be able to get my removal until a month and a half from now. I needed some type of relief so I ordered this with same day delivery and used it as soon as the package arrived and it worked almost immediately. I appreciate how it’s in travel friendly packaging and very sanitary. There is a safety lock on the applicator to hold the microswab in. Directions are straightforward, dip the microswab applicator into the liquid and apply on the affected area. Keep in mind there is a minty flavor that is not too sweet or bitter so it’s definitely bearable. Since my gums are affected I applied a generous amount there but a little got on my tongue and you can feel it numbing almost instantly. Would highly recommend for anyone with any teeth/gum pains who aren’t able to see a dentist right away. I’m writing this review immediately after using it, so i’m not sure how long the effects last but just know IT WORKS! ... show more

These are easy to use. They do not stay on for very long. It is hard to not want to play with them. On average they stayed on for an hour and a half. It does take the pain away right away. A very small part of my tooth broke off but it broke off all the way into my gums, leaving a a mini chocolate chip size hole in my gums. So sometimes when I eat and I accidentally chew on that side of my mouth it’s just excruciatingly painful and turns immediately into a headache as well. Because I could tell part of my nerve was exposed I didn’t think anything could help me. But I was in so much pain I figured I’d give it a shot. It did take me dipping the swab in the solution twice for it to work. And that area was TOTALLY numb and stayed numb until the pain went away. The only thing that I’m not big on which I will not deduct a star for, is sometimes the solution touches my lip which causes me to taste it and it does have a slightly unpleasant taste. But that’s not why the product is purchased and the taste has never turned me away from using the product when in need. Plus the applicator they give you is the perfect size to put directly on the affected area. At first I thought the vial was small until I realized that tiny vial of solution will last much longer than needed. I would 100% recommend. ... show more
