This flash drive is very good, fast file transfer and no corrupted/damaged files. I used this on my BOTH my Macbook Pro and Windows computers with any issues, connection problems, and ZERO software is needed. You can plug it into ANY computer and immediately start adding/removing files, nothing to learn LOL. This flash drive is super convenient and the storage capacity is accurate (without any hidden software files taking up major space). This flash drive works as great as the SD card's Sandisk makes. The price now is even cheaper than what I originally paid for these, so I would RUN and order them now. I probably will reorder this one again (unless there is a newer one available by then). I would recommend without question, I hope this helps.

This is memory from Sandisk, so it is quality as usual. However, there is one thing that you should keep in mind- these high capacity USB flash drives are very, very slow to write to. I would not use this as a day to day drive, since although it holds a ton, it takes ages to move content onto it. I use these as archival drives for video content, and the read speed to plenty fast enough to playback video without stutters, which was my priority and main consideration. If you get this expecting it to be as fast as smaller drives, you will be disappointed, so be aware before buying. That said, it works perfectly, and most content can be streamed from it just fine. If you want a fast, high capacity portable device, I would recommend a usb powered portable hard drive, as even a USB 2.0 HD is much faster to write to than these. Formatted size is 59.6 GB Note: If you are using Windows 7, and reformat a drive using the built in format utility, you will only have the option of NTFS or exFAT. These drives come formatted as FAT32, which is universally recognized, whereas exFAT will not be recognized by some devices, such as the XBOX 360. If you need to reformat to FAT32, you will need to use a third party formatting software... just something to keep in mind!

My friend took a bunch of nice family photos for us and when I was like, "oh just throw 'em on a flash drive before you come over," she told me SHE DIDN'T OWN A FLASH DRIVE. ... I'm just gonna let that sink in for a minute. She's a semi-professional photographer (as in, she's done it professionally before and people pay her to do it) and she owns NO EXTERNAL DATA STORAGE of any kind. This is INSANE. She might as well have told me she doesn't own underpants or deodorant. At any given time, I have at least three flash drives on me with various content. This one is a good hearty size and has the added bones of not being the largest size they sell, so it's very inexpensive. SanDisk is a good company and I like their slidey cover to help avoid bending the USB connector. Anyway, I got her this as a cheapy thank you present and gave her an old 500gb hard drive of my husband's that only works on PC (we both now switch back and forth too much for this to be useful in any way). So yeah. Good stuff.

I first bought this flash drive in September 2018 (for $13) and used it for several classes, and it still holds up well today! It is short, portable with a retractable connector and a red LED that lights up when connected and blinks when processing. The storage space was plenty and otherwise served all my storage needs for whole semesters, including medical, engineering, math and finance classes and withstood plenty of abuse all the while. I cannot comment on the “frustration-free” packaging however as I do not recall ever having difficulty opening much of anything, largely thanks to having proper blades and other suitable equipment. Since it has come in handy and continues to reliably wait for when it is needed again, I give the “SanDisk Cruzer CZ36 64GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive, Frustration-Free Packaging- SDCZ36-064G-AFFP” a respectable 4/5!

Have never had an issue with this badboy! Bought a lot of flash drives over the years and they always fail or fall into obsolescence but this and the accompanying 128 sandisk I bought alongside it are both still used every day and work great!
