This Anatason dent repair kit is a great value — especially for a novice like me. The kit includes three suction cups in two useful sizes: one large for bigger applications and two smaller ones for minor dents or use in combination on larger damage. They seem well-made, are easy to use, and apply solid pulling power when used correctly. Surface preparation is key to getting a strong hold. The kit includes a decent prep setup — a cleaning cloth, polishing pad, and a small amount of wax. While the included instructions are okay, I found online videos to be extremely helpful, especially for learning proper surface prep and how to apply just the right level of heat (with a heat gun, not included) to soften the metal without damaging the paint. All together this kit provides a highly functional resource for repairing and removing larger dents in sheet metal. Patience is important — this isn’t a “quick fix,” but if you take your time and work carefully, it can pay off. I was able to work a large dent out of the side of my truck bed. As a first-timer, it’s not perfect, but it’s no longer an eyesore either. Bottom line: For the price, this kit is a smokin' bargain — especially compared to the $575 estimate I received from a paintless dent repair vendor.

Anatason Dent Puller, 7 Pack Car Dent Removal Kit with Nano-Scratch Repair Cloth Disclaimer: I received this item as a promotion Would I have paid for this item? Yeah, I probably would have considered it if I was actually on the market for a dent puller. I figured this would be nice to have at hand for those rare times I would need it for it's intended purpose, but I also thought that if the suction was really good that it may be useful for other tasks - like hold mirrors and glass. Well, see below - the suction is pretty impressive. This is pretty good quality and value for a budget tool. The pieces are made of plastic and definitely would not compare to a pro tool, but I think it would get the job done and hold up reasonably well. I'm not pulling dents or doing body work on a regular basis, so don't have any immediate hands-on experience using this. Testing it out just by sticking this to my car I can say that it is very easy to use and the suction is impressive! This kit comes with 2 smaller suction cups and one larger. The 2 smaller ones grabbed well enough that it took most of my weight to get them to loose their grip. No way I could get the larger one to pull away using my full body weight. So, logically I think that would translate to pretty good action if attempting an actual dent pull. The lock and release mechanism is really easy to use and it lets go right off when unlocking. As a bonus this kit comes with a micro cloth that is pretty plush and thick, a couple small packets of fine scratch remover (that probably isn't terribly effective IMO), and a nice little applicator sponge.

If you’ve got a few minor dents and want to try a cost-effective, DIY solution, the Anatason kit delivers solid bang for your buck. It includes all the essentials and works well with proper technique. However, temper expectations—deep dents or creases may not respond fully. But for quick fixes and touch-ups, especially on a budget, this kit is a smart pick.

This is a fairly complete lightweight kit for home use. The included tools are good for light materials like bumpers, but a bit light duty for metal dents. Keep in mind that small dents are probably the hardest to pull, and larger dents may require multiple cups and perhaps a little encouragement from the other side. Although a reasonably complete kit for light tasks, these are not professional grade and may not be sufficient for pulling dents from the metal portions of your car or truck.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This dent puller is good at what it does. It is designed to help pullout a dent where the fender or door is push in, like when a door gets hit with a football or someone falls against it. If the dent is something small or it has a defined crease, your chances are not good for this to make it right. You may improve it a bit but creased metal will not return to it's original shape with a vacuum cup. This one is a little smaller than others that I have had but it doesn't matter in my opinion. The puller is made of a heavy solid plastic. (I know, it's an oxymoron) It is built to last. The rubber cup is like any rubber product, it is supple but will surely get hard and cracked if left in the trunk of your car or the tool box for very long. The extras provided are thing that a detail guy would normally have, so they are a good addition to your vehicle maintenance bucket. Don't expect the impossible and you won't be disappointed. It might save you some money before you head to the Body Shop. I also used it when I was moving a washing machine by myself. It made for a good handle where there was none.

We had a small dent on the SUV when a shopping cart got a whip of the wind and smashed into the back quarter panel. As it would be, there was a dent but no paint problems so I wanted to get a dent kit to see if I could pull this dent out myself. I am impressed with everything included in this kit. While it didn't have directions, I found a number of videos online that shared how to use the different items in the kit. The nice thing about this kit is that it comes with about everything you need including three suction cups, a buffer, pair of gloves and a repair scratch cloth once the dent is removed. While it took less than 45 minutes for me to actually remove the dent, it wasn't very difficult. The hardest thing was setting it up and deciding which suction cup would work best for the area. I was pleasantly surprised at the results as it was smooth once again. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend the kit to others.
