My old radiator had semi-legible part-number markings; what was legible matched none of the offered part numbers. Running my VIN thru the Denso website likewise claimed none of their offerings was a match. So against my preference I was forced to order based only on product photographs. Luckily this radiator matched the original perfectly. Given that we elected NOT to open the A/C refrigerant system (as DIY'ers we just didn't want to get into that), removal and re-installation was a major headache due to how Toyota co-mounts the radiator to the (nearly immobile) A/C condenser (the tiny 8mm hex head bolts screwing upward into the bottom mounting bracket would have been impossible to remove without a ratcheting box-end wrench, and we didn't bother reinstalling them (it seemed almost impossible to get them started)). Installation hassles aside, the radiator appears to be of true OEM quality and solid aluminum (no plastic at all). Oh, the upper transmission oil-cooler pipe on the new radiator was not bent/angled entirely correctly, and interfered with the fan shroud, so rather than risking bending the metal pipe or loosening the fitting to adjust the angle of the pipes, I used an oscillating multi-tool to trim interfering protrusions from the plastic fan shroud. ... show more

    • Fit my 2005 Sienna XLE with towing package.
Fit my 2005 Sienna XLE with towing package. I wasn't sure if our Minivan had or not the tow package, so I called Toyota national and with the vin# they were able to find our minivan specifications. We found out our 2005 Sienna XLE have the towing package (up to 3,500 lbs. of towing). I also discovered later that you can find that info on the Toyota app under Vehicle Specs. This is an all aluminum radiator, exactly as the original one. Hardware not included (screws, clips, brackets). I reused the original hardware and got perfect fitment. Radiator came protected with extra carton and straps in a Denso box with Fragile stickers around. ... show more

Worked perfect on our 2005 Sienna with tow package. Original one developed a leak around the upper radiator hose connection. One minor note, you have to reuse the original radiator hardware (clips and bottom bracket) so be careful not to lose those.

I had to return it and pay a restocking fee. The website said that it would fit but it didn't. The bolts were located at the wrong places. There seems to be two versions of radiator for that year. Pay attention to the description. Some are all metal while others are plastic/metal. Make sure it matches what you have. ... show more

This radiator is identical to the old one. As the other reviewer, I also have a 2004 Sienna awd with tow. From information I can get online, this is an oe radiator. So if you need a quality radiator at a good price, buy it!
