This was perfect for my daughter's stuffed animals. Only thing I'd comment on is the metal bits that are a part of the lid system on the inside, takes up to much space.

The instructions were okay. Assembly would have been a bit easier with a second pair of hands when it came to the lid. Small defects in the wood especially on the lid is a little unfortunate, but expected with this kind of material. I almost thought it was black when i opened it, but i should have expected how dark it is. It does have a slight smell, but nothing overpowering. I will say they did their best with packing though. It was a little difficult to set up by myself but once it was up I was happy with how it turned out. I like how the lid holds itself open with the latch so I don't have to worry about it falling on my babies heads when they get in it.

It looks great! Mostly easy to put together, easier when you don’t have a toddler jumping into the half finished project. Some of the instructions were difficult to follow, but we got it together with zero curse words and it’s very sturdy.
