This is exactly what my daughter (almost 3yrs old, 35lbs) needed for her snack/meal times. Got her this for Christmas and I know she’s going to love it since observing her recent undying love for Minnie Mouse. ❤️ The reviews scared me at first regarding the assembly but it took about 20min for me to put together and was super easy. They even included extra screws. I like that the seat is wide. I was expecting it to be a lot smaller and I'm pleased that the size is perfect for a 4 year old. It allows her lots of wiggle room. The only reason i gave this 4 stars is because i had to have my husband reinforce the desk part because when my daughter would climb into the chair she uses the desk to support herself and it moves significantly. From the minute I opened the box, I knew this was a good purchase. Quality in every detail. Despite what other reviewers have said, I did not think it was hard to put together. I am an older grandmother and I did it by myself in less than 2 hours. It’s not a job to rush through with power tools. All you need is two screwdrivers. The directions are clear if you use them from the beginning and follow the steps. Everything fits together beautifully and if you have to force it, you probably aren’t using the correct part or you don’t have things aligned correctly. That makes it easy to put together correctly. I bought this for my 2 year old daughter because I needed something for her to sit to use to eat and whatever else. The written instructions where a little confusing so I had to look it up to put it together. Besides that, it was not hard to put together and probably took half in hour. It’s great quality too, so I know it will last for a long time The only I wish is the back of it went all the way down so the drawer wouldn’t be able to come out the back.
