The toilet paper holder is nice looking. However, it was packaged with the wrong plate to attach it to. My husband could not get it to attach to the wall plate causing damage to our newly painted walls. Upon closer look the wall plate packaged with the holder does not sit level for the holder to attach appropriately. The instructions show a beveled or raised plate which would have lined up correctly for the holder to be attached. My husband had to put two washers behind the wall plate to raise it enough for the holder to attach. This negative review is not against the seller as it was packaged with the incorrect wall plate from the manufacturer. We purchased two of these and had the same issue with both. ... show more

    • Design flaw
The arm on this tissue holder is not stable. Its installation on a bracket attached to the wall requires that a set screw at the bottom of the arm be tightened. When I tightened the screw as the instructions indicated, the bracket pulled away from the wall. I called the company and had another one sent as I thought the first one might have been damaged, but when it arrived, I saw that the design was the same with the same problem.     • Looks great, works great
I like this style better than spring loaded versions because the metal finish is classy and changing rolls is dead simple. The roll stays in place thanks to the hooked end. Plus, it is quieter than a traditional roller.
