I went to use it and found this out- of course it was one day past the return window so I am now the proud owner of a $30 USB C to A which usually sell for $5. The device appeared to work fine at first. But after 6 weeks, the device will not maintain a connection. The slightest bump will cause the device to loose connectivity. I have tested it on multiple devices with consistently bad results.

Does not work with XPS 13 USB-C port. In fact, there is not (yet) an adapter that does. The USB-C port is virtually useless until Dell or someone comes up with monitors and other devices that can work with it. I returned this useless connector.

Not the correct adapter as advertised. Package is originally labeled USB C TO USB A. Has a sticker over this stating USB C to HDMI, but it is the former.
