The worst purchase and mistake I could have made. I bought it as a family gift here in my country, made the sacrifice to purchase it and bring it to Venezuela, and it has been the worst. Blue screen every 10 minutes, I've gotten every error imaginable. After updating the drivers, the touchscreen stopped working, and the customer service is the worst. I ask for support and only get the classic "you must send it back to the USA so I can see what to do," as if that were simple. Truly a shameful, terrible experience.
