Super easy to clean. Heats up fast. The only thing don’t like is you can’t tell the temp between low med high. The wax is good. All the tools are great. I’d recommend for any waxer beginner or not.

i do like this waxing kit. give me everything that it displays on picture. i’ve used it once and a half (for its meaning lol) and i can say, it was a complete mistake for ME to use. i have very sensitive skin (it didn’t irritate my skin idt) but it did get me nervous bc i was being a coward (lol) i couldn’t do it myself bc i don’t have the mindset to do so. i chickened out when i dried. so i had to cut it off (im obviously too much into a young kid mindset lol) however my sister did use it for her self. and she was as smooth as a velvet.

TLDR: Great starter kit, but don't use the included treatment sprays, use something from home or another brand. Still recommend. I’ve been waxing at home for over a decade, and I needed to replace my old wax pot after it was damaged in a move. I wish I’d had a kit like this when I started! The silicone bowl is life altering. Anyone who waxes knows dealing with the pot itself is a major pain, but the silicone is so easy to clean and get unstuck from. Having the mat is so great too, because it protects other things from getting wax everywhere, which will happen if you’re working on yourself, especially at first. The wax in the kit is fairly good, too. Caveats: the gloves pictured are not the ones you get. You get some cheap plasticky ones that are definitely one time use. The sticks are fine, but I prefer an angled waxing stick, especially for brows. The pre and post treatments aren’t great. The post treatment kind of smells like WD-40 which did not make me want to use it. But I did test it (maybe unfortunately) and wasn’t impressed with the results. What I’ve found works best for me over the years is to clean the area with rubbing alcohol and a cotton pad and follow the treatment with coconut oil, which is antibacterial, soothing, and prevents me from breaking out.

Love this pot for at home waxes. The waxes they send and the pre and post wax care are excellent as well! Only thing I don’t love is that the dial isn’t numbered. There are other ways you can tell your wax is at a safe temperature to use, but it would be great to have it easily displayed.

I was a little indecisive about this purchase. But after receiving it and googling how to use it I love it. And after the initial sting, waxing is so much better than shaving. The only downside is that THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS. I guess that’s what google and safari are for right?

Overall I love this product but my only main issue is the waxing machine itself, when it gets to a certain temperature it turns off which I don’t know why or if that’s how the machine functions so the wax doesn’t get to hot but even when I want to place it on low to keep it warm the light will not turn on, has anyone had this problem
