Heats up fast and the wax is fairly good. I have sensitive skin and was nervous to use the wax provided but I have not had any bad reaction. The wipes provided also work good and smell like coconut. I got this because I was tired of shaving my pits every day, because if you have PCOS it grows back fast. I thought it was gonna be super painful, and honestly, it was the easiest thing ever.
