This looks cooler in person than the picture. I decided to write a review though since the tray doesn't sit level on this and isn't secured in any way. Someone bumped my desk at work and now I'm scraping wax off my desk and the bulb started smoking because the tray shifted significantly when the desk was bumped. That's the only thing I would change! I love this thing. I would give it 5 but it is not level completely. I have it up against a wall so I level it with that but the unit has a bulge at the bottom, I am sure this is not a consistent thing. It does apparently happen though. My student apartment doesn't allow candles so this was the perfect substitution. The packaging was so sufficient I literally had to tear the foam apart to get it out. edit: the lightbulb burnt out like a month ago (it is mow march 21st) and I cannot find a replacement bulb nor can I find a way to get in contact with the seller. This has to be the best present I've ever given my mother. She LOVES it, it's incredibly well crafted and looks gorgeous sitting on her dresser. I even think it melts the wax better than the Scentsy warmers, the entire house smells like the scent unlike the other kind! I love this, would definitely buy again! ... show more

    • Exactly what I wanted
I am very happy with this warmer. My only concern was how hard it would be to get the spent wax out of the bowl. It comes out easily and in a single piece. I also like the dimmer controls, as my previous warmer did not have this. Looks awesome on the shelf.
