This is the kind of tool kit that every apartment, dorm, office, or first home should have. It isn't aimed at serious mechanics or contractors, but for everyday repairs and assembly jobs, it covers the basics very well. I've already used it for things like assembling furniture, tightening loose hardware, and fixing small household annoyances that I'd been putting off for months. Having everything organized in one case is surprisingly convenient. Instead of digging through drawers looking for the right screwdriver or wrench, it's all right there where it should be. The case itself is compact and easy to store in a closet, under a bed, or in the trunk of a car. The tools feel comfortable in hand and sturdy enough for normal household use. The bright color also makes it easy to spot pieces inside the case rather than playing hide-and-seek with black tools in a black toolbox. No, these aren't professional-grade tools that you'll use to rebuild an engine, but that's not really the point. For furniture assembly, hanging pictures, tightening fixtures, office repairs, and general DIY tasks, this set has handled everything I've thrown at it so far. π§° This is a nice compact kit for home use. DON'T plan to build a house with these tools... But if you just want to add some frames to your gallery wall, or have tools on hand for assembling furniture that has a million pieces, this would work great. The tools aren't top of the line quality.. but considering the variety and the reasonable cost ($16), I think it's still a super handy household set to keep in a drawer for small projects. I've broken down my opinions on each tool in this kit below. π§ ADJUSTABLE WRENCH The handle feels lightweight, but the important part of this tool feels solid and heavy. The spinny thing (sorry guys) π
moves easily and doesn't stick at all. π¨ HAMMER It's small and FREAKING ADORABLE π The handle is lightweight but the head of the hammer is heavy and solid. Keep in mind this is not a full size hammer, but would be perfect for some of the projects that I mentioned above. π‘οΈ UTILITY KNIFE Honestly? It's total crap. If you need a utility knife, just get a real one. The plastic feels cheap and I don't see the blade cutting through anything but thin cardboard without warping the entire tool. ποΈ PLIERS The handles feel lightweight but STURDY. The head of the pliers feels thick and solid. No complaints about these. πͺ SCREWDRIVER & BITS The screwdriver is small and lightweight. I have large hands for a woman..π« so it's a bit smaller than I would like. The versatility is nice though with all of the bits that are included. I do feel like there are a good variety of bits to choose from. I can't speak as to how they hold up in reality, as I haven't used them on any projects yet. I'm hoping that they hold up well but will update if they seem to strip easily after using. π MEASURING TAPE The measuring tape is pretty tiny. It also seems a little *sticky* and pretty lightweight. If you're not planning on measuring entire walls, this should work in a pinch. Low key it reminds me of a measuring tape for your waist. I would plan on ordering a "real" tape for home projects. π© HARDWARE I haven't used the small nails or screws yet, so I don't have any input on these. I *hope* they hold up but hardware sturdiness can be really deceiving in appearances sometimes. Will update with any issues after using them.

They seem decently made and should hold up for small jobs around the house. You get several different screwdriver heads, razor and tape as well. Overall this is a great kit for hanging photos or small jobs around the house or on the road in an RV where space is more limited. You get the basic necessities. The size is small, so in most cases tools are not the useful, like the wrench does not open wide enough for even small nuts, not even 1 inch, or the driver is so small that it is not easy to add much power. The box cutter is so flimsy that it is kind of broken. I was thinking of returning it, but because I used it for few small occasions that I felt I should not return it.
