I had a really hard time getting my cat in this bag. It was not built for a cat who likes to try and run away. The Texsen one was far easier because you can zip up on the sides and keep one side zipped while trying to put your cat in it. It also was a bit too small and definitely meant for smaller cats kitten to 7 pounds and meant for airline travel. I also didn’t think the airflow was the greatest compared to the Texsen bag. So if you’re shopping for a bag that you want to bring your cat around in, unless they’re small enough, I would not buy this.

I bought this for my juvenile bearded dragon. He loves it, and the expanding size means it will make a usable pet carrier for his whole life. My only complaint is the plastic film on the bubble and the bubble itself. Small pieces of the protective film are stuck under the edges and the bubble itself has small imperfections in it. Otherwise a great product!

The backpack seems fine, other than this awful plastic film which is inexplicably *sewn into the lining* I understand that its purpose is to protect the window from scratches during shipment, but it is proving nigh impossible to remove all of the remnants which remain, again, sewn into the lining. Would love to know what deranged manufacturer thought this was wise Otherwise, the backpack itself seems fine, though I have yet to use it as the film is unable to be completely removed.

My cat loves this thing! We use it every day. The only problem is the mesh part doesn’t support itself, so the top with the clear bubble falls backward. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

Product is amazing however the packaging is horrible. The whole bag is plastic wrapped and the plastic wrap is under the seem of the zipper. So I have to get a knife and lift the zipper and I really hope I don’t scratch it up. Love the bag. Hate the haste

I have 3 cats, one of which is small. He is the only one I would feel comfortable putting in the backpack. I'm guessing he's at more 10 lbs. I'm also disappointed that even though the box was undamaged and there was a plastic wrap over the plastic of the backpack, it's really scratched up. I'm not sure if I'll keep or return.

The media could not be loaded. Product looks like it should. However when fully opened it doesn't stay upright. It's like the front isn't heavy enough to stay upright so it falls back.
