The Deer Valley elongated toilet came in perfect condition. Installed it the same day and it's in perfect working order! Easy to install. The seat goes down easily on its own, very quiet. Flush is fast, fills fast, and better than my other American Standard toilet! Deer Valley really cares about their customer, as the packaging was outstanding to insure that the products gets to you safely without damage.     • Good basic toilet, it works just fine.
Toilet easy to install especially since the flush valves , handle are already installed. Only complaint is it may be too tall for some, as my spouse is 5'2" and her feet does not touch floor. A stool may be in the future, otherwise it's just fine to date. Seems to be a quality product

    • Flush seems very weak.
We just had this installed today, April 29. I am concerned about the very weak flush and the handle seems very flimsy. Will have to see how this holds up, Bought it because it was porcelain, but I was hoping for a stronger flush.

When I received this item i was disappointed seat and lid were plastic but I've has this toilet for a while now and the plastic is no big deal. Just be aware what you are getting 👍
