The matte black finish gives it a clean, professional appearance that doesn’t attract fingerprints easily. It feels incredibly sturdy in hand without being overly bulky, which is important to me since I like to keep my phone in my pocket. If this worked on my new charging pad, I would give it a 5 star, but it doesn't, so i took the case off and am currently using the 'fancier' case that I bought when I bought this one. That being said, I bought this for 'every day use' because I'm hard on phones and cases. I like the cover that protects the camera lens. It slides over the lens, which would keep my finger prints, dirt, etc, from smuding the lens when it's not in use. I like the stand on the back of this case. It allows you to sit the phone horizontal or vertical, so easy to be hand free when watching a video or whatever. I like how sturdy the case is.
