This is a good quality trampoline! I had issues because the accessories were not shipped with it and I contacted the seller who was fast and responsive! Come to find out they ship that part separately to keep it from getting damaged which I think is fantastic of them just wish it was more clearly stated somewhere to avoid all the confusions. But my kids are loving their new trampoline and all the accessories will be here in a few days for them to enjoy also so very highly recommended 👌 ... show more

We've been very pleased with the trampoline. It's very sturdy, has a heavy weight limit, and the kids love it. During a recent storm, it picked up the trampoline and put it in our neighbors yard. It had bent poles and some missing parts. I thought we were going to have to buy a new one but after contacting the company, they just sent me the parts needed to fix it. And they wouldn't let me pay for the parts or shipping. Which actually happened twice because I didn't give them the proper list needed the first time around. They were very responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company and their offerings. ... show more
