I ordered these in the brown. They do a good job of blocking the light, though not 100%. They are not lined, but they help keep most of the heat and light out. I've read a lot of complaints about the wrinkles, but I put mine in the dryer on low with a dryer sheet and a damp hand towel, and they came out wrinkle free. The fabric has a tiny bit of sheen but not really shiny at all. They are soft and move along the rod easily. Some of the stitching is a tiny bit wonky, but not enough to really show. I appreciated the wide range of color and size variations. I just wish the grommets came in darker colors, they are very shiny silver and my rod is black. I would not hesitate to purchase another pair of these if needed.

Turquoise panels on the right vs teal on the left. This photo was taken after sunset and the windows face due east. If you want truly room darkening curtains go with a darker color. I kind of liked the teal better, but I don't want to be woken up early so I'm going with turquoise. Plus they're less expensive for some reason. The length is perfect and the color matches all six panels (I have 3 windows). I wish my landlord had attached the curtain rod holders on the wall instead of on the window frame, but that's a fight for another day. I would give these 5 stars, but they're not blackout curtains, so removing one star for product misrepresentation.

The fabric is great. I got the greyish white. They do have a light blue hue but very pretty! Threw them un a dryer with a few wet towels and then layed them out. Wrinkles came out fairly easy. They eliminated most of the light at night and early am not during the day they are not full blackout which was nice.

I ordered beige and navy blue. They came in different packages, despite being in the same listing. The beige one says curtain, and the navy blue says blackout curtain. As expected, the nave blue is a pretty good blackout curtain, but the beige lets some light through. Fortunately, I have a room where blackout isn't critical, so the beige is going in there. However, if blackout is essential, I think you should stick with a darker color - maybe those are the blackout curtains in general?
