This is for a Peasug deburring tool with 15 bits. This is a tool I've never had, but really needed. The bit's come is a plastic case, 10 of the bits have a snap in holder, and 5 are loose. The tool itself looks to be all aluminum and is quite light. The bits do not snap in, you have to depress the ring and press them in (not holding that against this, especially at <$10). The 5 non-painted bits freely spin. The 10 painted ones mostly get stuck at some point and don't really spin (some of them do, it's inconsistent). The non-spinning bits are the sole reason for the 4 star review, the price point is what kept it from going lower. Tried this on some freshly milled aluminum and mild steel, worked great, better than expected really. Also tried it on some white-wood dimensional lumber. Worked great with the grain, but only so-so against the grain. With wood you'll have to watch the pressure, it can start taking off a fair bit. No damage noted to the bits I used. Overall this is a good, not great, tool, and well worth the $7 it's currently listed for.

Thus deburring tool is very affordable and surprisingly very good quality too. It has many different fittings for every material.

Whenever I watch 3D printing essential tool videos, the deburring tool is one of the recommended items. So when I saw this one, I decided to try it. When it arrived, I wasn’t disappointed. The handle is solid aluminum and has some heft. The box of blades is nice, and the sharp blades rotate freely in the handle. It only took a few moments to figure out how to use it. The blades are sharp, and the angle of the blade adjusts effortlessly making it easy to get the correct alignment to drag and shave off or clean up edges. I’m happy with it.

I do work sometimes with stainless steel enclosures and every once in a while the edges come down with cut sharp edges. That's why I ordered this deburring tool cause I can't count the amount of times I've run into that situation and wish I had this tool. I have used it and it cleans up rough, sharp edges like a knife through butter, meaning it is very smooth when cleaning off the burrs left over. It comes with over a dozen tips with different angles on many that makes me know this should last a lifetime for what I use it for. The tips are very easily inserted and removed simply by pulling to the top of the tool down, inserting or pulling the tip you want and letting go. Takes literally two seconds. The tool itself is solid metal and seems like good quality that can be used over and over without any issues. It's has flat sides and is easily held and feels sturdy in your hands. For the price, the tool and all the extra tips I feel like this purchase is a no brainer. If you find a tool like this needed I wouldn't hesitate to pick this one up, great product!
