Ordered this as my first wood router and even though this was intimidating it turned out to be a solid item that does what it says without any issues. Construction of this power tool is amazing awesome. From the solid well built stainless steel main body to the heavy duty cord and solid well built on/off trigger. It even included some accessories and a complete separate box of cutting bits for all the styles and shapes wnyone needs as well as a drill one to make interior cuts. The motor spins up instantly and doesn't bog down with nominal pressure. The motor does get warm but I'm guessing the super high RPMs is what causes it but it's not been an issue and I ran mine straight for almost an hour multiple times without turning it off. This is one powerful cutter especially for the size and compactness. The set of attachments is very well appreciated and is a really good selection to have. This is a great piece for small to medium sized jobs like kitchen cabinets, furniture etc. Very solidly made, has heft but doesn’t tire you out and very stable. Router is a bit smaller around than others. Works great in small areas. Motor doesn't bog down when cutting. Assortment of bits is a good starter kit. Good value.

Got this for the husband who has been wanting to do some woodwork. Husband is not happy with it, and feels he received a return. Parts are bent on the thingamajig . and the included bits look cheap. He feels it might work for his project inspite of the bent casing. But he isn’t impressed at all with the inferior quality. This may be a miss, not a hit. ... show more
