I used this product to seal a large gap underneath my patio door where I was dealing with unwanted air and moisture getting in. I needed something that would bond well, remain flexible, and fully close the gap—and this product delivered on all fronts. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to apply. It flows smoothly from the tube and gives you plenty of working time before it starts setting up. Unlike some products that begin drying almost immediately and become difficult to tool, this stayed workable long enough for me to get a clean, professional-looking finish. What really impressed me was the strength and flexibility once it cured. It has excellent adhesion and enough stretch to handle movement without cracking or pulling away. It completely sealed the gap under my patio door and created a durable weather-tight barrier. After using it, I can honestly say this is probably the best caulking/sealant product I’ve used to date. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would absolutely purchase it again for future projects.
