We have a new water feature that needed some waterproofing. This stuff is super industrial. It comes with a number of included items...gloves, nozzle, instructions. The sets up pretty quickly and a little goes a long way. This is waterproof and very strong bonding. I don't think we will need to do anything else in the fountain for a long time.     • Easy to apply and works great
This is a great tube of marine & RV sealant caulk. It is a fast cure easy & to apply and once applied to a clean & dry surface it is waterproof. We used it to reseal our small RV's windows & sky lights. It was easy to apply with the standard caulking gun we already had - comes out of the tube smoothly and is flexible but not floppy and is repositionable for a little bit. Make sure that you really clean the surface with degreaser then soap & water and let it completely dry before applying the caulk. I also took a plastic scraper to remove all loose old caulking and sealer bits. This caulk applied easily and cleanly and hubby used a rubber edged mini-trowel to press it down really hard to get a solid seal. We have had one moderate rain storm/system and it worked perfect. I used this to seal a crack in the top of a waste water tank and it worked perfectly. Easy to apply. Spreads on very smoothly. So far no leaks.

    • Good for many uses
I used this to seal up around a shower drain that couldn't easily be replaced. It applies smoothly and works just like 5200. It is working very well and provides a strong flexible adhesion that is waterproof. This is a handy thing to have around for many different fixes.

    • "5200 is forever" we shall see...
In the marine world we have several products that we absolutely swear by. 3M 5200 is at or near the top of the list. This is obviously a knockoff of that remarkable product, and I can't say I'm surprised that someone is trying to grab a piece of that market. Guys who work in boatyards have many colorful sayings (most of which I can't include in this review because of language). One of those sayings is "5200 is forever". If you want to seal something for a season, use 4200. But if you want to seal the @$%& out of it, and never have to worry about it again...5200 it. This looks and handles like 3M's product, and it appears to be similar in many other ways, but whether or not is is "forever"... we shall see. ... show more

It is interesting how they use the 5200 uv on the label like 3m to imply the products similarities. This tube fits in a standard caulk gun and dispenses like most adhesive caulks. It has a good firm consistency that does not run and is easy to apply. After careful prep, it went on good and looks good after drying. The real test will be how it holds up in the long run. ... show more

Using this today I will say it’s very similar to 5200 here in the states and if it fails where 5200 wouldn’t , I will update my review but so far I’m very happy
