The boots have a slightly wide fit, which works perfectly for my moderately wide feet. I recommend ordering your exact mondo size (mine is 28 cm, and I ordered 28 cm). The sizing is true to size, no need to go up or down. Very comfortable, especially for wider feet. The BOA lacing system works well, although the lower BOA can be a bit stiff to open and needs a bit of force to loosen completely. The liner feels very comfortable, though I’m not sure if it’s heat moldable since I didn’t find any information about that feature. What I like most is the heel cup. The fit keeps my heel firmly in place, and I don’t think there’s much of a break-in period needed since the fit feels great right out of the box. ... show more

so I’m only given three stars because there’s a few design flaws. The inner cord for the liner does not stay locked in position. I’m constantly readjusting it. The upper strap for the inner liner is way too long and I feel like it’s unnecessary. It would be smarter if it was on the outside of the boot also all the material on the outer toe of the boot is really soft and fragile. Definitely don’t see this lasting long-term. I don’t understand why you would not cover the whole toe and rubber as a protection. I mean these are boots for an extreme sport where you’re using something that has sharp edges can definitely slice through this boot very easily need some designed improvements for sure DC. Give me a call. Happy to help or design a new boot that will last because I don’t see these lasting more than a season or two ... show more

My DC step on boots broke their first season due to the cable anchor dislodging. DC sent me a gift card after I explained it should be covered by manufacturer warranty. An employee stole and used the gift card before I had the chance to use it. Then DC ghosted me and refused to speak to me about a replacement gift card. The customer service for their snowboard stuff is not the same as DC, it is a 3rd party. Spend the extra $100 and get Burton or Nitro or something that will last longer than half a season. ... show more
