I bought 2 of these an XL and large both fit the same and both were too small . the helmet i have had for 30 years is a large . i figured the Large would be fine . how ever when i received the XL one a few days later it fit the exact same as the large . the flat black and design are awsome . but the sizes are not correct! Buyer beware! ..needless to say I am returning both and sticking with my 30 yr old helmet!!! ... show more

I don't know who the sizing chart created by Daytona Helmets is supposed to apply to but it damn sure isn't meant for me!! I ordered this "Come & Get 'em" in a size Large after triple-checking their sizing recommendations - 1st by referencing my hat size, 2nd by measuring my head in inches, 3rd by converting inches to cms. And yet when the damn helmet showed up IT WAS TOO SMALL!!! Back it went -- AND -- the damn supplier (Shopena) charged a 10% restocking fee! Being a glutton for punishment, I guess, I ordered a different Daytona Skull Cap helmet from a different supplier because I couldn't find this particular model at a decent price in a size XL. So, the XL shows up -- AND IT TOO IS TOO SMALL!!! Back it goes, this time without the restocking fee... Lessons learned: - I'll never buy a Daytona Helmets motorcycle helmet. THEY ARE TRULY DISAPPOINTING. - only buy a motorcycle helmet in-person where you can try it on before purchasing ... show more

Bought for my wife and it was light weight which was great. the size is bigger so if you measure your head and shows you take a medium order small. the big thing we dislike is the strap has a big plastic clamp on it which is a quick disconnect and not only does it hurt my wife's chin it is so very uncomfortable that she could not wear it. We did not realize that when we viewed the product. Strap needs to be changed in my opinion. ... show more

Surprisingly, the package arrived 3 days early via USPS. At first I was apprehensive because the order online said I bought a XX Small when I know I get an XX Large. That was alleviated when I opened the box to find my size. I have a weird shaped head with a ridge on the top. This helmet for perfectly! It came with a protective bag and a doo rag to put on so you won't get helmet head. I love the design of dark roses connected with barbed wire. I'm not much of a skull person but those designs look good too. Regardless what others have written here take it from someone who's been riding for 40 years, these are good fitting, good looking brain buckets. ... show more

Just received this bad boy today. Absolutely love the fit and design. I never needed a helmet because the state didn't require one. Moved and state requires it. Very pleased with this helmet. If I had to say anything negative it would be that it has a bad smell to it, nothing a little airing out won't fix! Will recommend this helmet. ... show more

First one came in too big but we did go by sizing chart and went with the size we thought would work. We also understood that they ran big and thought we accommodated for that. Contacted the seller and they took care of it right away and got one size smaller. Kept in contact with the seller and they always responded. When received the replacement it fit a lot better and now just need the break in time. Very pleased with the design on the helmet. A reminder that the sizes are bigger then the measurement.
