It's an excellent replacement for the "standard" 6" deep sink in manufactured homes. I've been looking for this for a long time. It was easy to install -- just apply caulk, drop in, and connect plumbing. One problem, though: one corner was bent, and because the box was in perfect condition, I think it left the seller's that way. Is this an unmarked "factory outlet" scratch-n-dent special? Not cool. Otherwise, would have rated five stars.

Love this sink. I saw other reviews about issues with it being delivered with some dents but mine arrived perfect and no issues. I do see what others are saying about the packaging and more protection could be placed at the ends of the carton to protect it when the carriers are processing through their facilities. This sink is a major improvement over my former standard sink and I love how deep this sink is because it makes kitchen tasks a lot easier with a deep sink. The plumber had no issue installing but of course the pipes had to be reworked due to the difference of depth between my old and new sink.

The cut-out or dimensions for the hole in the countertop required for this sink is 18 3/8 x 32 3/8 inches minimum and a maximum of about 18 1/2 x 32 1/2 inches. Directions state to cut the 19x33 inch sink 5/16 inches less than the outer dimensions or traced rim size. (eg. 5/16 + 5/16 = 0.625 inches, 3/8 = 0.375 inches, ... I think cutting larger than 1/2 inch smaller diameter than rim would be too close to cutting too much countertop.) My actual already cut-out sink hole was 18x32 inches. I merrily used a circular saw with a cross-cut blade and cut my laminated wood countertop ~3/8" wider on the back side length and ~3/8-1/2 inch on one side of the depth/side. I finished the circular blade cuts, using a Japanese pull saw just short of the rounded corners. I happened to have a straight metal straight edge/ruler, close to the correct width from the back wall, as a cutting guide for the back cut and free-handed the cut on the depth/side. Lots of dust with an old wood laminated countertop! PROS 1) Fits, or almost fits my existing countertop sink hole 2) Four holes, for a smaller lighter hand sprayer CONS 1) Not initially veiwable, my stainless steel arrived damaged, as if the metal fabricator pressed all the holes, but apparently dropped the sink after deburring either the faucet holes or drain holes. The rim was not deburred along with some of the holes. The top left corner and rim was obviously significantly bent and not easily pulled straight after using the installation clamps. I hand bent using pliers and tried to straighten using the clamps prior to final fit, but still have a 1-2mm rise on the upper left side. Since I already removed the old sink, had to install something soon. Another idea, should include extra clamps for clamping down and straightening bent edges. I had to debur the remaining edges and holes using a knife sharpening stone. 2) The sink clamps, although effective, are very difficult to use! As to why the manufacturer did not include a 1/4 inch adapter specific tool adapter for easy faster fastening is beyond me! Had to fasten using a constantly slipping screwdriver prior to the 30 minute dry-time of silicone caulk! 3) Would have been nice to see a 9 inch deep sink and single large sink without the divider options, since most mobile/manufactured homes include an automatic dishwasher nowadays! I routinely handwash very large stock pots, pressure cookers/canners, larger saute pans; while rinsing dishes and using an automatic dishwasher for dishes. If I hand wash, I usually fill a medium sized pot with soapy water for handwashing dishes, rather than filling a sink and hence, saving water. I rarely fill sinks with water, and only when washing large amounts of farm produce for canning. 4) The sink only includes the exact number of sink clamps required for install. If parts go missing or the sink rim is bent during manufacturing or shipping, you're screwed! TIPS 1) Use a straight edge for the longer length cut, can easily freehand the shorter depth cut. 2) Cover everything with plastic in the kitchen, if you do not desire eating dried formaldehyde glued wood dust particles! 3) Use masking tape on both, the cut-out laminate top and on the sink rim, prior to applying (silicone) caulk. Masking tape on the countertop also helps line-up the sink during the final fit. 4) If possible, purchase extra sink clamps, in the event the sink rim is bent requiring extra clamps for straightening or parts are missing during shipping.

The delivered sink was damaged (one corner was bent) and had to be returned. I bought another one and it was damaged more (one corner bent and dent) than the first one and had to be returned.

Bought this to replace my sink in my mobile home. Installation was easy I did have to cut the hole put a little more but it was to be expected. I have had the sink for ahwile and it seems to be durable and of good quality.
