The price for nine bulbs is not bad. You screw into the socket, turn on switch and hope that it is blinky - which means you are ready to add to the App. Remember to install the App 'FIRST'. Then hope for the blinky, otherwise you are going to need some patience while you press the switch on, off about three times. It is too early to tell how long these bulbs will actually last and I'm not sure if it will stay programmed after a power outage. Otherwise, I'm going to have a painstaking job of reprogramming these. ... show more

Worked great with Alexa. Very easy to set up. No hub needed. I love that I can change colors on these bulbs and change the brightness. I only gave 4 stars because one bulb burned out in less than a week. And the light was hardly used.

Edit: I changed my rating from 1 start to 3 stars due to the seller be accommodating to me. BTW, they did not pay me to change my review, I just felt that they were very nice and polite when attempting to help and make it right. These bulbs did not work for me and my set up, but they could work for others. I have another brand of color changing bulbs, and thought I would save money with buying these. I was wrong. The app and pairing process isn't as polished, and worst of all, the bulbs "forget" who they are, and they have to be manually reconnected. I bought 24 of theses, each with their own name, grouping, and rules. All that needs to be done again. Also, you cannot set scenes with specific colors, it will only do the last color you selected. There is more options for scenes for white light. Do yourself a favor and pay more and get a much better product. ... show more

These lights were actually pretty amazing. I use my smartlife app to set them up and it works perfectly you don’t have to spend a lot of time searching for a lamp in automatically sees them once they are in set up mode. They seem to last just fine and the colors are almost in definite.
