After an extensive search I am very pleased that I found this pill case/organizer, exactly what I needed! It is made very well with quality materials, holds a large amount of pills & lightweight. I wanted a case to protect the actual pill containers in the event it is dropped & avoid pills going everywhere. The feature I find especially helpful is I can remove an individual container(s) to place in my bag for a day trip or traveling. Everything is easy to open & you can hear it snap knowing it is securely closed. I am actually going to purchase another just for the case & use the containers to hold smaller objects, e.g. Band-Aids, mints, safety pins, etc., all those little things for the 'just in case'. I would highly recommend!

I like the fact that this pill case is easy to refill. This is great because I have tremors. I leave the 7 pieces open inside the open container and fill. Before I kept knocking over the pill cases sitting at my table as there was nothing to support them. This is so much better.

Love this product! So easy to fill and keep track of my meds and vitamins and easy to pop each day out and throw in my purse that way I have no excuses for not taking or missing my meds or vitamins!!!! So far loving this product !

Pros: SIZE - not big, not tiny, just right to make it easy to pack for a trip. Individual days are just right for my purse or event tote bag. SECURE CLOSURE - the box that holds the individual day containers and the individual day containers have secure locking tabs. I don't need to worry about them popping open and spilling pills everywhere. Closures are a tight fit, but not too tight for my deformed arthritic hands/fingers to easily open. ACCESSIBILITY - The pill box sections open all the way and stay open making it easy to fill them. Like all pill containers the "hinges" are simply plastic. Unlike most, the plastic on these are thick and will hold up to repeated use. The ones I used before this one was not as sturdy, and after 3 years of use they are still in tact. I bought a new one because I need to divide medications into 4 doses a day. I expect this set of pill boxes to last just as long... even longer. Keep in mind there are people who are just tough on everything they use, and things don't last very long for them. Even if this product lasted only a year, it would still be a bargain... They only cost $10. Cons: labels are light which may make it hard for some to read. It's fine for me even with my bad eyesight. I've had 3 eye surgeries in the past 7 months and have another one scheduled in 3 months. I highly recommend this pill organizer. I will order again if necessary.

Size is about medium: not so small that it doesn’t fit supplement pills over an inch long, but not so big that you can’t easily slip it into a purse or pocket. The compartment side latches are very secure. It’s likely that I’ll have to temporarily remove each strip from the box to open all the latches for filling, but then I can put the all open strips back in the box, add the pills, and then close the lids. Compared to the small size strips I’m replacing, the extra depth of the strip compartments is what makes the difference between fitting the big horse pills in or not. I like the rounded ends. It makes the strips easier to slide into pockets in my purse.

Each day's compartment is easily opened/closed and holds my number of meds/vitamins securely. They fit into their covered container into which they are easily inserted/removed. And to top it off, the colors are beautiful, and the nomenclature is clear. I have been looking for sets to replace my nearly 10 years old organizers for at least 2 years. Some were so unusable, they couldn't be removed from the base, and had to be returned. I haven't loaded a full case within the base yet, but loading the entire case might be a little challenging. Because the open lids will probably cause a little movement of the cases within the base while filling, nimble fingers and extra care are needed - perhaps a good thing. An easy fix would be taking a little more time and working area by removing the cases, filling them, then returning to the base. I will let you know next week if this proves to be an irritating issue, but the great things about the cases will probably outweigh this one potential negative. Overall, I'm delighted.

This a very good pill case. It is substantial and quite functional. So far, I haven't had too much of a problem in filling up the individual, compartments of each day labeled case with my prescription drugs. As other customers have remarked, I do wish the labelling of the individual day labeled pill cases had been left to right instead of right to left. The left to right direction is what I was used to have with my previous day labeled pill cases. Another thing you need to be careful with is bending the small indivdual lids back too far when you're filling the individual compartments of a single day labeled pill case. If you bend the individual lids back too far, then that results in the day labeled case falling over. Other than these two criticisms, I have no problems overall using this particular pill case.
