I have used a local midwest company, Duluth Trading, underwear for many, many years and never thought to look anywhere else. Durability-wise, that company was and is top notch. Price-wise, super expensive.. but they last forever. Literally the only problem I had was always being hot and sweaty all the time. I couldn’t find a solution with them, so I started to look on Amazon and saw the reviews on this pair of underwear. I love the designed pouch for support and keeping “everything” separated from your legs, it’s supportive but free feeling at the same time, I’m not sure how else to explain that. If you buy them, you’ll know what I mean. That’s a big thing for me to keep from sticking to your legs and not feel tight in the pouch area. It took a little getting used to since they’re a fairly tight-to-skin boxer brief style, but they have quite a bit of elasticity. The band on top isn’t tight and actually I would like a tiny bit more tightness with that so it doesn’t ride down.. and I’m not a big person by any means. I’m 6’0” 190lbs and I got a size Large. It’s not unmanageable and maybe it’s just me getting used to them vs the other Duluth Trading kind. The feel is great, they feel like you’re almost wearing nothing which is the feel I was going for. They look great, obviously with the pouch in the front it creates a little extra emphasis on your goods, my wife commented on that right away. Lastly, whatever they’re made out of is extremely breathable. The main reason for my search of new underwear… I don’t feel like these are retaining any heat. They don’t cool by any means, but they are breathable and let go of your body heat with ease! Never in my life have I written about underwear, especially in such detail! This is worth it. I can confidently say that these DAVID ARCHY Men's Boxer Briefs are the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. From the moment I put them on, they felt cool and soft against my skin, thanks to the rayon fabric made from bamboo. Even on the hottest days, they’re breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping me dry and comfortable all day long. The cooling effect is noticeable, and it really adds to the overall comfort, especially in warmer weather. The fit is perfect, almost like you're wearing nothing at all. The legs don’t ride up, and I haven’t experienced any bunching or sagging. They stay in place throughout the day, which is something I really appreciate. The functional fly feature is a nice touch and provides convenience while maintaining comfort, and the mid-rise waistband sits just right on the hips without digging in or feeling too tight. Fabric is very comfortable, soft and breathes well. They run a bit small compared to other brands of boxer briefs. The waist band does roll. Compared to cotton the fabric is quite thin but seems to be good quality. I've been wearing them for a couple months. I don't usually write reviews for things I purchase on Amazon and I absolutely NEVER write reviews for underwear. That being said, with the absolutely insane level of, both comfort and relief, I have experienced from these impeccably designed pairs of boxer briefs; it has left me no choice but to send a wonderful word out, both to the designers and to the other guys out there who are forced to live in pain and discomfort all because other designers couldn't figure out that the male anatomy is NOT FLAT down there. I'm almost as upset with myself for not deciding to purchase these sooner! 🤬😁 I am neither sponsored nor endorsed for this review so I am giving my two cents willingly without being bribed by any kind of special offer or anything of the like. Without going into too much detail, I have been suffering with a constant sort of pain in my gonads for quite some time. In fact the pain had been so bad at one point that I got it checked out by a doctor. Thankfully it wasn't cancer or any terminal illness but no medication was offered for this issue. I asked the doctor, "How can I make sure this pain goes away and doesn't come back"? What he basically told me was I wasn't being supported well enough down there and suggested a different type of underwear. He gave a specific suggestion but I don't wish to share what it was. It made me blush with embarrassment! 😳 I had recently changed from briefs to boxer briefs and I had noticed how they weren't supporting me properly but didn't think it would ever become painful. Well it did, a lot. I really liked the newer style of boxer briefs but if they couldn't support me then that was not an option. I've tried a similar (two-pouch) style from Separatec but things kept coming out of place requiring readjustment which was beside the point of the brand. It was quite a while longer that I learned that the (single-pouch) style would work best for me and I'd noticed they didn't really sell any in style so I went over to David Archy and found this pleasant and well designed pair of boxer briefs with a front pouch large enough to accommodate a guy like me. I was worried that, with the pouch being so large, it wouldn't support me properly. Well it does which hence makes this the single most comfortable pair of underwear I have EVER worn. If you are larger than average downstairs, do yourself a favor and order these, in your normal size, and you too will enter into a world you never knew existed or was even possible!
