I used this to replace a very short one-step ladder on a small swim platform. I'll spare you the details of the installation. I will say the ladder is better than I expected for the money. I don't think it would hold me at 240 pounds while the boat is on the trailer, but from the water it is doing great. Easy to install yourself. You need a drill. It’s a skinny ladder. So keep in mind that this is NOT a ladder to sit and turn around on. It’s just to turn around and step down from the dock. Excellent for this price! Didn’t need to do any extra rigging.

There a little narrow, but the top 3 steps are pretty sturdy, bottom step feels pretty janky. but they go far below the water line making it much easier to get onto the swim deck. 100% better then the single step ladder i had before.
