Not worth the money it keeps falling down every time you hit a bump while driving down the street

The mount arrived quickly and was packaged in a plain, no-nonsense box. Inside are all the components needed for installation, though there are absolutely no assembly instructions included. That means installation begins with staring at the product photos like you are trying to decode ancient symbols. After some trial and error and a few moments of “this cannot possibly go there,” everything finally came together and installed into a 2015 JK without much issue. Once mounted, it actually fits the dashboard area very well and looks fairly clean and factory-ish. The storage tray portion is useful and gives you a nice place to toss smaller items, while the phone holder itself is easy to access and position initially. Now comes the downside. After some driving, bumps, vibrations, and normal Jeep activities, the phone mount tends to sag more than expected. Not catastrophically, but enough that you start noticing your phone slowly migrating away from where you originally positioned it. By the end of the drive, it feels like the mount and gravity are having an ongoing disagreement. The entire setup is plastic, which in itself is not necessarily bad, but there are a few spots where additional reinforcement would have made a huge difference. The ball mount system especially could benefit from a stronger clamping design or a more robust tightening mechanism to better resist movement over time. To its credit, it does fit correctly and it does function. It just feels like it is right on the edge of being great but stops short because of the mounting rigidity. There is a good chance some aftermarket tweaking or swapping in stronger mounting components could turn this into a much more solid setup. As it sits now, it works, but constant readjustment becomes part of the ownership experience. Not a huge fan of that. Overall, this is a functional dash tray and phone mount combo that fits nicely and adds useful storage, but long term stability leaves a little to be desired. If you do not mind constant adjustments, it gets the job done. If you expect absolute rigidity in a bouncing Jeep, your mileage may vary. Lastly, it is not designed for big phones, keep that in mind. It will only open up so far.

If you own a 2011–2018 Wrangler JK, you know that dashboard storage is basically non-existent. This behind-the-screen storage box and phone mount combo is the upgrade I didn't know I needed until I installed it. Why This is a 5-Star Upgrade: Brilliant Placement: It utilizes that "dead space" behind the head unit perfectly. It keeps my sunglasses, keys, and wallet within arm's reach without them sliding across the dash every time I take a turn. Stable Phone Mount: The integrated phone holder is rock solid. I’ve taken my Jeep on some pretty bumpy trails, and my iPhone stayed exactly where I put it. No vibrating, no slipping, and it’s at the perfect eye level for navigation. Non-Slip Liner: The storage tray comes with a non-slip rubber mat that actually works. It prevents things from rattling around (a major Jeep pet peeve) and is easy to pop out and clean. OEM Look: Once it’s snapped in, it looks like it came from the factory. The plastic texture matches the rest of the JK dash perfectly. Installation Note: It literally takes less than two minutes to install. It fits snugly into the existing dash recess—no drilling or messy adhesives required. Just make sure you have a JK/JKU, as the listing correctly warns this won't fit the newer JL or Gladiator models. Final Verdict: This is probably the best value-for-money interior mod I've done. It clears up clutter and provides a secure spot for my phone without blocking my view of the road.
