I have several pairs of Danskos. Love them all, including these! True to size. Love the Velcro closure. I had bunion surgery on one foot, so I try to wear good shoes to avoid problems with my other foot. These are super comfortable and cute. I wear a 10 most of the time (very rarely, I wear a 9.5) and the 40 fit great. If they weren’t so pricey, I would buy the tan ones, too.

As always, these Dansko sandals were well made. However, something I didn't realize and didn't see in the description was that the had a velcro closure. I was expecting the great buckle closure Dansko are known for. Cute shoes and fit comfortably.

Gorgeous shoe, super soft and comfortable unfortunately the Velcro on strap caused my tiny ankles to be unsecured. My pinky toe also kept popping through design of toe box

I wear an 6-6.5 in sandals. 7 in flats. I bought the European size 37 based on Amazon’s recommendation. They are a little loose. The main reason I’m disappointed is that the closure is Velcro and not a buckle as I expected. This is not clear in the description. I have to over extend the Velcro to secure the ankle strap by about 3/8”. Velcro does not usually last as long over time in my opinion. The toe box area is wide which is great for bunion issues but overall the sandal seems a little long for my foot. The arch support is in the right place though so I hesitate to return and size down. I bought these for a trip and I don’t have time to re order a 36 to see if that’s better. I will use a stick on cushion at the toe grip area to help prevent sliding. As usual Dansko is well made and I love the non skid coating on the sole. I’m hoping the Velcro will last and I really do feel that the use of Velcro closure makes the shoe feel cheap. I’d rather have a traditional buckle at this price point.
