I ordered a size 9.5 in the pointed tip flats which is what I needed. Some shoes I’m a 9.5 in and some I’m a 10… this 9.5 has a comfortable amount of room so I would say they are true to size. If you needed to order a size that wasn’t available I would get the next size down. I like them, they’re what I expected & wide feet friendly
