I am a long time Dansko fan but not all Dansko footbeds work for me. These do so I bought them in all three colors because it's so hard to find decently looking shoes that fit. I have medium wide feet (I never get wide shoes but do need a roomy toe box) I have a high arch and need decent arch support, I also have PA and need some cushioning but not too much. These check all the boxes. I didn't expect the blue to have the darker blue edge but it's fine, kind of cute actually. I don't need the platform being 5'10" but I don't mind because it's a flat basically, it does not cause my ankles to twist as some wedges (and even happened with the clogs on cobblestone!). I purchased because they looked very comfortable and also the price was very low . They are comfortable yes but the back strap sits kind of low and when I walk it moves like will slip off my sandal . It’s kind of weird. Big disappointment from Dansko . Still thinking to keep it or return it. But they are well made and very beautiful and definitely not a big . True to size and not wide for me ... show more

This Dansko shoe in size 39 (9-91/2) was too long and too wide. This is the size I wore in Dansko in the past. The shoe is attractive, well made and padded with memory foam for a comfortable feel. My heel did not hurt wearing the shoe. I purchased a Dansko shoe again on recommendation from my Podiatrist for a returning problem of calcium deposits on my heel, needing a higher heel than my sneakers. I have purchased 6 pairs of Dansko in the same size for my heel. The quality control on sizing is not up to five years ago when every 39 fit the same. So far I have kept two pairs, returned three (this one big and wide), another too small and a third a clog too high in the leather on top. The two I kept fit in size 39. The sixth pair I’m wavering about keeping. It is slightly short in front (toes up to the front edge), but very comfortable and the straps work and my heel doesn’t hurt. I may return and reorder that other Dansko style in a size 10. I would highly recommend this style if you have a wide foot or high arch. I don’t. ... show more

This shoe is lovely and the blue surprisingly coordinates with many of my outfits. Although I have a wide foot and a high arch, I have no trouble with these rubbing or squeezing or pressure . The straps adjust well to my ankles. They are cushiony. My complaint is that I do indeed feel like I am walking on cushiony blocks (just as they appear in the display). The “rocking” footbed that I am accustomed to with other Dankso shoes is not in this particular design and I can tell. Otherwise, these fit well. ... show more

These sandals were so cute but not wide enough! I have always considered Dansko to be a wide foot brand that always fits my feet, but these sandals were uncomfortably narrow for me. I really wanted to like them because they were cute and the sole seemed comfortable and forgiving until my arches and heels felt pinched and falling over the side at the same time.
