I haven’t been this satisfied with an online purchase in forever. The light toast was a near perfect match to my skin tone. Even better, these tights were comfortable, not constricting, and they stayed up! I show dogs and was on my knees on concrete, being jumped on, and RAN in these tights. These are the best tights ever. The fit is perfect for me. I am 5'5", 117 pounds, and I purchased size B. The Hue brand tights were constantly falling down, so I was always pulling them up. When Hue tights would "fall," they would create the dreaded "muffin top," even though the elastic wasn't tight. I think this was due to cheap elastic in addition to not having a true back or front. On the other hand, Danskin tights are fitted properly (that is with a "true" back side that has a tag) and are made with high quality elastic. Hence, they stay up without binding the waist and without "muffin top." Regarding the material they are very soft and feel nice on the inside as well as to the touch on the outside. The material is durable as well. I bought black and light toast. They look pretty so go well with skirts and dresses of any length, as well as underneath pants for chilly days. The icing on the cake is that they are made in the USA.

These tights look like opaque stockings, and are plenty long for my long legs. At the same time they are much more durable than stockings, which seem lately to pop holes more quickly than ever. The tights are warmer than stockings, which is great in chilly weather, though they may be too hot for summer wear -- though I am mostly bare-legged in summer anyway. And they don't cost much more than the stockings, so it's a good deal all around.

I bought one of these (in black) and a pair of white Hanes, to see if there was difference in quality between the brands, rather than stock up on a bunch of colors in one brand. I'm very glad I did this, because the Hanes were complete garbage (and that's where they ended up the first night I wore them!) and these were what I was looking for. The black ones are nice and thick, so they don't look sheer and they actually cover the legs and any blemishes and hair. They also feel very soft and sleek. The fit was a big plus, too. The Hanes tights I bought were ridiculously tight around the thighs- these Danskin tights actually compensate for normal women and the fact most women's thighs are bigger than their calves. Additionally, the band on the top is flexible and sewn in the seam well, so it doesn't cut into the skin around the stomach or leave a huge, red line like some tights do. Some tights, the top band tends to roll down or needs to constantly be pulled up. I didn't encounter that with these. There is a small amount of fussing around the ankles and calves, because I am short and have short legs, and these are too long (this is where I docked), so they will bunch up down there a bit. However, at least with the black ones, it's not noticeable since they stretch so well all over that the color doesn't thin out very much when it stretches. These seem fairly durable, overall. No runs yet after more than 10 wears, and no worries about tossing them in the washing machine. I only wish they had colors or varieties of gray. I recall getting these very promptly, as well. I will definitely be getting different shades!

These leggings are soft and not as constricting or as warm as other leggings although they are not baggy at all. Lightweight enough to wear in warmer weather. No tummy control , just light hold, but for some purposes that’s a good thing !

I am 5’6” and 120 lbs, and the size C fit well. I am typically a size 2. It fits snuggly at the waist—glad I read reviews and sized up. Could have sized down to B, but then they may not have fit length wise. They have a nice subtle sheen, great color and material. Edit: There’s a hole in the crotch on the first wear. So maybe not the best quality. I guess you get what you pay for. They kept me warm though!

I've been getting these tights for some time now but I can't remember if I've ever reviewed them. When I was a little girl, my mom would buy and have my sister and me wear white Danskin tights with all our special occasion dresses, including church each Sunday (we got to wear ankle socks otherwise). As an adult, and as I got older and put on weight, standard hosiery (e.g. L'Eggs) became increasingly uncomfortable, eventually unbearably so. Not to mention they're so sheer these days, it doesn't take much to put a run in them and you have to replace them. Tights may not be as sheer but these tights stretch well and are comfortable, durable, machine washable, warmer (without being too warm) and attractive. I even had my first run ever in a pair awhile ago and many weeks later I was still machine washing them and wearing them, the run having occurred in the top and upper thigh, not in the leg. I will never go back to sheers again.

These tights were surprisingly nice. I’m a mature woman who isn’t comfortable with the bare leg look. These fit nice, feel good and have a natural color. They have a little sheerness and don’t look like either tights or hose.
