My CONS: Descriptions says valances are ready to hang. Truthfully, they are not. I could not iron the wrinkles out so I had to wash, dry and iron them before I could hang them. That is the worst of it. My PROS: These are very nice valances. I have put the brand in 3 different rooms in my home. They are made well, however, not so heavy they are hard to deal with. I have large windows in my home and did not want to cut down on the natural light in the rooms. The valances are perfect! I have just hung a total of 20 valances - 12 in my living room and 8 in my dining room. They look wonderful. Will add pics a little later on. They did wash and dry very nicely. Hopefully the next time I need to wash them I will only need a light ironing. I would most definitely recommend these and I would by them again and again. ... show more

    • That white color is very quiet. Fabric is enough thick, and don't let sun rays go inside.

I like them completely. Might be better if they would be without loops, just on stripe which possible to put inside rod.Is it makes sense? My English is not my original language. Valance I did not buy. Valance I like. It's looks romantic. However, in reality it gathers more dust.

The media could not be loaded. While I was skeptical I searched for this valance and curtain online and no one had the length needed for the panel except Amazon... very easy to install and all you really need to do is iron before you hang and they are great! While I ordered taupe this color looks like and antique gold.. otherwise I recommend ! ... show more

I used a two 96 inch long panels (fixed at the end of the window) and five swag panels on a separate rod over top in taupe color to frame our bedroom window. The material is dense, feels like silk (has a slight shimmer) and has wonderful body after gently steaming to remove creases. The drapes hang perfectly and adds a elegant final touch in this room. It was described as antique gold, NOT! The fit is perfect, it still looks pretty good but needed it a little darker. Love the style and the look! Plan to buy again. I can deal with it.
