I've had this 70x32 LED mirror for almost a year. It has worked perfectly until today. The light no longer works. The power button is red and flashes on and off non stop. There doesn't seem to be a solution - I will change the rating if customer service can fix the issue. A replacement mirror is not an option. This one has been permanently installed and tiled/grouted in place. Really hoping for a solution otherwise the centerpiece of my bathroom is useless. ****UPDATE**** The customer support from DHYH has been incredible. The mirror LED still does not function, but DHYH has handled the issue and made me feel whole. After this experience I can highly recommend purchasing a product from DHYH. The mirror looks exactly as the picture. Looks amazing! Great price!!! The only issue was the wires were in color red and blue and it took us a while to figure out how to connect to black and white wires on the wall. Horrible. This is the SECOND mirror I got that doesn't work . The first one, the touch button only worked sometimes. Repackaging was a hassle as it came in a wooden crate. Arranging to have it picked up was also a pain, not a typical Amazon return A replacement mirror was sent and the touch buttons also did not work. This mirror is junk, do NOT buy it ... show more

I’ve had the mirror for a month contractors just put it up in newly constructed bathroom Mirror looks great but the touch screen works like crap, most of time the touch screen doesn’t work Tried to return it but amazon said had it to long to fall under their return policy.

Really love this mirror. The light isn't enough by itself to light the bathroom, but it's good for doing makeup or close up work (beard trimming, etc.). It is a great light alternative at night instead of turning on the overheads. Just be aware that the packaging is not very good; the first one I ordered was broken into about 30 pieces. The "wood" crate is really flimsy, so you take your chances with that. This mirror is offered by several vendors and the packaging is the same for all of them, so there's no getting around it. ... show more

    • LCD TOUCH doesn’t work consistently

Unfortunately we didn’t install this mirror right away and it’s too late to contact the seller for a replacement Or replacement parts (Amazon took option away) It looks beautiful, however the touch display doesn’t work consistently so we can’t even turn it on half the time. You are supposed to be able to adjust the brightness of the light by “a long touch” of the button to make the light brighter. It doesn’t work. And the light is not bright enough to apply make up—the whole reason we bought it. When we can get it to turn on the Bluetooth speaker has really good sound. I would love for the seller to contact me and offer to send a replacement for the LCD box. Perhaps that would fix the problem. However with out a functional way to turn it on it’s just a very overpriced mirror. ... show more
