I have decades of Christmas decorations & haven't bought any in years. I felt it was time to have a gnome or two. I'm so glad I let myself be tempted to buy these. They are the most adorable little things. Their sequin caps are hysterical. I actually laughed out loud when I opened their well-made box (will be perfect to store them in if I ever put them away. They are well made. Small battery pack in the back of their hats (and out of sight) with a manual switch to turn off and on. Sat them on the coffee table and had them on all evening. They are small enough to put just about anywhere in the home. On shelves, coffee table, dining table, etc. If you want/need a new Christmas decoration and not want to spend too much I can't recommend these highly enough. Merry Christmas to us all!!

I've ordered several of these to give as gifts and to donate to fund raiser projects. They are REALLY just as cute as shown. The battery housing seems to me to be wired upside down. The whole housing has to be removed to turn the batteries on or off and then doesn't go fully into the back of the gnome's hat again. Otherwise, they are darling!

I rated these 4 stars because I had to break the battery case of one Gnome to get it open! The Led lights are bright! This year there are few Red Sequin Gnomes on the Christmas market! I 'Love them! ___I carefully used my thumb nail on the special indent ln the bottom of both cases! One opened easily! After several minutes the other all of a sudden broke apart! ___There is a little hole the tongue of the top piece fits into. The hole broke! Before this happened, I considered exchanging though I was already attached to the red gnome & I can live with a broken battery case lid! ___My concern is, when I opened my Box, the Gnome's Battery case was Sticking far out of his back! Was this a previous return that passed inspection??? Someone didn't read the Return/Refund Request Note before placing him back on the shelf! ___My Gnomes are 'Happy' that I have said something on their behalf & "Wish you a Merry Christmas!" These gnomes are so cute. I was able to put them on my mantle with ease. The battery pockets are in the hats of the gnomes, which is very discreet. If they had them in more colors, I would buy more.
