The thickness of the ones that don’t close for the hoops is too thick but the ones that too close is nice and thin. This is the 2mm one, and it’s a very cute, dainty stud. Not too small, not too big—it’s just perfect. Very sparkly, and the metal is high-quality stainless steel. My skin is usually very picky and reacts to almost any metal, but with this one, I haven’t had any reaction. This is my second stud after piercing my nose. These nose rings stay in and don’t fly out every time I blow my nose. I live in the desert and the weather is changing from hot to cold. I lost a nose ring I had in for years. I tried some L shaped and went through a whole package!!! These were game changing!
